We want to ensure your experience with us is flawless, however in the event of a return or refund request, we offer the below options. 


Returns


If an item is faulty we asked for it to be returned within 28 days, the return shipping cost must be covered by the buyer. Upon inspection of the damage, we will take the necessary steps to offering you a replacement. 
We do everything in our power to ensure our goods leave us safely.


Refunds


If you wish to return an item for a refund it must be returned within 28 days, the return shipping cost must be covered by the buyer. The item(s) being returned must be in the same condition as it was when it left our workshop. We will inspect items once they have been returned and issue a refund.
Goods purchased but not yet delivered to the buyer maybe cancelled and a full refund received. However, if the items purchased have been made to a certain specification they will be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 15% of the volume of the order, this will be deducted from the refund.
